Organised by the Cholnoky College, this exciting two-day study trip is made possible with the support of the National Talent Programme (NTP) grant. The aim is to provide students with first-hand experience of the pharmaceutical industry, build professional connections, and gain valuable practical knowledge. Both Hungarian and international pharmacy and biotechnology students are welcome to participate, with presentations conducted in English.

🔹 Meditop Pharmaceutical Ltd. (Pilisborosjenő)
Meditop Ltd. is a key player in solid pharmaceutical manufacturing in Hungary. Employing over 200 people, the company has strong research collaborations with Hungarian universities. During the visit, students will gain insight into the company’s research and development processes as well as its quality assurance systems.

Boehringer Ingelheim is one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies, contributing to advancements in both human and animal healthcare through innovative research and drug development. The visit will provide an opportunity for students to learn about the company’s research areas and its collaboration with the University of Pécs.

Accommodation and Catering:
Accommodation: Ibis Hotel, Győr
Rooms: Single and double rooms with private bathrooms
Catering: The hotel provides a cold breakfast, lunch will be provided by Boehringer Ingelheim, while all other meals must be arranged individually
Application:
Students can register by sending an email to cholnoky@pte.hu with their name, Neptun code, programme, and year of study. As presentations will be conducted in English, a good command of the language is required. In case of oversubscription, a waiting list will be created, with priority given to members of the Cholnoky College and faculty staff. All applications will be confirmed.
